Privacy Policy for Physio-AI

Physio-AI ("we", "us") is an AI-powered personal assistant for physiotherapists, operated by Ofer Blutrich. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our WhatsApp-based service.

1. Information We Collect

Contact information: Phone number and WhatsApp display name.
Professional information: Name, specialization, session pricing.
Patient operational data: Name, phone, body region, pain scores (numbers only), ROM, assigned exercises, compliance rates.
Business data: Appointments, invoices, revenue.
Messages: Conversation content with the assistant via WhatsApp.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Medical diagnoses or clinical notes
Medical history
Imaging or test results
Medication information
Insurance or ID numbers

3. How We Use Your Information

Manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
Send home exercise programs to patients.
Generate tax-compliant invoices.
Track patient progress (numbers only: pain, ROM, compliance).
Improve the service.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored securely on Base44 (our data platform) and our server infrastructure.
Base44 compliance: Base44 is SOC 2 Type II audited and ISO 27001 certified, is GDPR compliant (a Data Processing Agreement is available on request), and encrypts data at rest and in transit. The platform undergoes regular penetration testing and maintains a list of subprocessors under its DPA. Full details at the Base44 Security Trust Center.
Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. Anthropic does not use your data for training.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

5. Third-Party Services

Meta (WhatsApp Business API): Message delivery. Subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic (Claude AI): Conversation processing. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Base44: Data storage & processing. SOC 2 Type II · ISO 27001 · GDPR compliant. Base44 Security Trust Center.
Morning (Green Invoice): Invoice generation.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as you use the service. Request deletion anytime via WhatsApp or email.

7. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your data.
Correction: Update inaccurate information.
Deletion: Request removal of your data.
Opt-out: Send "stop" at any time.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access controls to protect your information.

4. אחסון נתונים

הנתונים מאוחסנים באופן מאובטח ב-Base44 (פלטפורמת הנתונים שלנו) ובשרתים שלנו.
תאימות Base44: Base44 מחזיקה בהסמכת SOC 2 Type II (ביקורת בלתי-תלויה) ובהסמכת ISO 27001 לניהול אבטחת מידע, פועלת בהתאם ל-GDPR (הסכם עיבוד נתונים, DPA, זמין לפי בקשה), ומצפינה נתונים במנוחה ובתעבורה. הפלטפורמה עוברת בדיקות חדירה סדירות ומנהלת רשימת קבלני-משנה במסגרת ה-DPA. פרטים מלאים ב-Base44 Security Trust Center.
שיחות מעובדות על ידי Claude AI של Anthropic. Anthropic אינה משתמשת בנתונים שלך לאימון.

5. שירותי צד שלישי
