PhysioAi (also called PhysioAI or Physio-AI; "we", "us") is an AI-powered personal assistant for physiotherapists, operated by Ofer Blutrich. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our WhatsApp-based service.
This section governs all information obtained through Google APIs, including Google data contained in assistant conversations and information aggregated, anonymized, or derived from that data. These restrictions take precedence over general references to service improvement, analytics, or data sharing elsewhere in this policy.
When you authorize a Google Calendar connection, PhysioAi accesses calendar names and identifiers, availability, and event information such as titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations, and attendees. We use the connected account's email address, when provided, to identify your connection, and OAuth credentials to maintain the access you authorize.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve the calendar and scheduling features you enable: showing your schedule, checking availability, avoiding conflicting bookings, creating, updating, or cancelling appointments at your request, and providing appointment reminders. We request only the permissions needed for these features.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, personalized or interest-based ads, retargeting, marketing profiles, creditworthiness assessments, lending, data brokerage, or unrelated databases or data products. We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train non-personalized or general-purpose AI or machine-learning models, and we do not authorize service providers to use that data for those purposes. AI processing of a scheduling request is used to deliver the requested feature; it does not authorize model training. These restrictions also apply to aggregated, anonymized, and derived Google data.
With your consent, we share only the Google data needed to deliver the scheduling features you use. Anthropic processes relevant calendar details included in assistant requests and responses; Meta delivers those messages through WhatsApp; Base44 stores and processes relevant appointment and conversation records. Our server infrastructure stores service records and manages calendar connections, including through our self-hosted OneCLI gateway. These providers are not authorized to use Google data for independent advertising, sale, or general-purpose model training. Google OAuth credentials are used for the calendar connection and are not included in AI prompts or WhatsApp messages.
Other transfers are limited to security needs, legal obligations, or a merger, acquisition, or asset sale after your explicit prior consent, as permitted by Google's policy. Humans may read Google data only with your affirmative permission to inspect specific data, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or when aggregated and anonymized data is used for permitted internal operations consistent with applicable law and the restrictions above.
Google-derived records may be retained in appointment records, conversation history, and assistant context on our server infrastructure and Base44 to support the features you use. Access credentials are kept in protected server-side connection storage. We use HTTPS for data transmission and access controls to restrict access to service records and credentials.
We retain Google data only for as long as needed for the disclosed features or applicable legal obligations. You can revoke future Google access through Google Account connections. Revoking access does not automatically erase records already stored in PhysioAi or delete events from your Google Calendar. To request disconnection or deletion of Google-derived data held by PhysioAi, contact us through the assistant or email blutrich@gmail.com. Any data that must be retained to meet a legal obligation remains restricted to that purpose.
PhysioAi's use and transfer of information received through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the applicable Google Workspace API user data and developer policy.
We retain data for as long as you use the service. Request deletion anytime via WhatsApp or email.
We use HTTPS encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access controls to protect your information.
